"I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to feel heard and create change for themselves. People enter therapy in all different places of readiness. We will meet to discuss what brought you to therapy, your short- and long-term goals, and co-create a path to meet those goals."
I've had the privilege of working alongside Lisa for over a decade. Her deep compassion and empathy balanced with her ability to challenge maladaptive thoughts/behaviors promotes deep and lasting change for her clients. Lisa is an exceptional clinician.
